The purpose of this website is to inform Class Members of the above-captioned class action now pending in the United States District Court Central District of California (the “Court”) against Honest, the Individual Defendants, and the Underwriter Defendants (collectively, the “Defendants”). This website is intended only to advise you that the Action has been certified by the Court to proceed as a class action on behalf of the Class defined below.
The Court has not decided whether Defendants did anything wrong, and this website is not an admission by Defendants or an expression of any opinion of the Court concerning the merits of the lawsuit, or a finding by the Court that the claims asserted by Class Representative in this case are valid. There is no settlement or monetary recovery at this time. Defendants have denied the Class Representative’s claims and contend that they are not liable for the alleged harm. There is no guarantee there will be any recovery. However, your legal rights are affected.
By Order dated May 24, 2023, the Court certified the following Class:
All persons and entities that purchased or otherwise acquired Honest’s publicly traded common stock pursuant and traceable to the Offering Documents for Honest’s IPO prior to August 19, 2021, as well as all persons and entities that acquired ownership of a trading account, retirement account, or any other similar investment account or portfolio containing Honest’s publicly traded common stock that was purchased or otherwise acquired pursuant and traceable to the Offering Documents for Honest’s IPO prior to August 19, 2021, and were damaged thereby.
